Gymnazo promotes true functionality in strength, power, metabolic conditioning and endurance so that you feel elevated after every workout session! We provide an environment for rehab, injury prevention, training and conditioning, and sport performance.
We use gravity to load and unload our neuromuscular system, working the entire body in three planes of motion.
